Setup required before launch. This policy is incomplete until the trading details, supplier terms and operational information below are confirmed.
Policy status
Returns are not currently accepted because no products are on sale. Before launch, the policy will explain cancellation rights, defective products, return eligibility, time limits and refund handling in line with applicable UK consumer law.

- The print-on-demand supplier’s return and reprint process
- Customer service contact details
- Product-specific exclusions, if legally permitted
- Refund processing times
Do not send a return until a return address and authorisation have been provided.
